EECMY-DASSC Gedeo Community Resilience Enhancement Aganist Climate Change Effect Project has been carrying out different activities in Wonago district. Targeted people in the district has been supported by agricultural inputs, Income generating activities, practicing different soil and water conservation activities and WASH activities. The beneficiaries supported by the project started producing vegetables, crops and fruit trees and other products. The project is funded by FELM and its objective is to improved Sustainable livelihood opportunities and enabling environment for resilience-building established in the target Kebeles of Wonago Woreda. Today we also put our contribution on green legacy program of government by planting trees with all our BO staffs in cooperation with government body in our site Wonago woreda. It was the area closed for reforestation and protection by EECMY-DASSC SS BO.
